About The Role

As we are a telephony company first and foremost, all of our apps rely heavily on our proprietary and patented telco back-end systems. Your work will impact literally every customer using our apps - including our highly successful award-winning RoboKiller application. If you are an experienced voice engineer who lives to solve unique problems, has a strong background in voice technologies like SIP, and wants to develop novel applications, APIs, and systems that will disrupt the RoboCall epidemic, we want you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create systems to connect seamlessly with our Carriers and CPaaS platforms
  • Design and implement monitoring, logging, and alerting tools
  • Design and implement tools for automated QA
  • Ensure that the voice architecture is highly available, fault-tolerant, and highly scalable
  • Handle Level 3 voice support escalations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve voice and network protocol communications/routing issues


Key Skills:

  • 5+ years of industry experience in developing, configuring and troubleshooting VOIP systems
  • Experience in troubleshooting SIP (PCAP, SIP traces, etc..)
  • Prior experience in building telephony systems using Asterisk, FreeSWITCH and Kamailio a big plus
  • Positive, self-motivated and enthusiastic attitude with a strong sense of ownership
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
