The Position

TelTech builds innovative communication apps that help people better enjoy their mobile-connected lives. From RoboKiller, an app that gets revenge on robocalls, to TapeACall, which records iPhone conversations, we build apps for that protect our customers every day. We are looking to expand our Product-Marketing team with creative, talented, and passionate marketers who are committed to the growth of our existing products as well as new products we intend to launch.

Responsibilities

As TelTech’s Growth Marketer, you will lead our iterative testing process to build engaged networks of mobile app users; from awareness and installs, all the way to retention and referrals.

You will constantly look for ways to connect your data-driven approach to maximize and unlock channels that will grow our portfolio of products. You will dive deep into our growth funnels, applying conversion rate optimization principles and hacks to drive revenue and Monthly Active Users, optimize value, and find the tests that lead to virality and growth. Your hyper-focus on our North Star Metrics will increase cross-functional collaboration, and further engrain Growth into TelTech’s culture. Success as our Growth Marketer is measured in impactful tests launched per week, new user signups, customer lifetime value (CLV), and revenue growth.

You won’t be alone. You will work with our growth marketers, product managers, data analysts, designers, developers, and tech support teammates to ensure your growth engine is performing well.

Must-Have Job Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in growth marketing or growth hacking.
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycles; an eye for identifying opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, prioritize high impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward.
  • Exceptional writing skills; Ability to craft compelling copy quickly.
  • Ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights for testing iterations.
  • Experience with multivariate testing tools; Optimizely, Apptimize, Splitmetrics, LeanPlum.
  • Full-stack marketing skills; Experienced in content, social media, paid marketing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

Bonus Points:

  • 1-2 years of mobile app marketing experience.
  • Proficiency with SQL queries and data analysis tools.
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS.
  • Experience in press, media, or public relations.
